2024 Camp de Benneville Payment Form

October 4th-6th | This form can be used to provide payment for 2024 Camp de Benneville attendance and is provided as a convenience for Tapestry members and friends who are attending.

The Camp online registration form is available: https://forms.gle/jFY9xdgNgCvdVVpV9

Our annual Retreat at Camp de Benneville Pines is in the beautiful San Gorgonio Wilderness near Redlands CA (October 4-6). This is a collaborative event with Tapestry UU, Orange Coast UU (OCUUC), Laguna Beach (UUFLB and Laughter Yoga). We welcome your participation as a leader of an activity or as a camper with or without children! Please reach out with questions or to offer leadership of an activity during the weekend.

This event is for all ages and is cabin camping with heating, indoor plumbing and showers; there will be limited upgraded accommodation options available in Craig's as well as a hot tub available! There are some double bedrooms, some ADA suitable rooms, lots of bunk bed rooms. The cabins are joined by walking paths and a paved loop road to each other and to a large lodge for meals and group activities with a shaded patio out back for dining al fresco, weather permitting. Please bring your own bedding, toiletries and towels. Small fans can be helpful in warm weather.

There are MANY different activities provided, and free time. There's a playground, there's a basketball court, volleyball. There are sheltered indoor and outdoor places to sit and read, chat and/or do needlework. There will be music, fellowship, worship, various workshops for adults and youth, games, arts and crafts, short or long walks, fresh air - all kinds of things to do or do nothing. Delicious meals including GF and Vegan (by request only) are provided for the weekend starting with Friday dinner - Sunday breakfast, as well as snacks. You can bring any special foods and drinks to enjoy or share. You may arrive anytime Friday knowing the first meal provided will be dinner. Depending on demand, there may be an option to extend your weekend, either adding Thursday night or Sunday night! Let me know asap if interested.

Most cabins are not suitable for storing food so you can use the lodge cupboards and small fridges to store any food you bring or ice chests you may have with you.

If you are using this form, you MUST pay in full for the entire cost of camp, as specified in your camp registration form.

Also, we ask that you add a 3% convenience fee to cover the cost of credit card processing.

If you have any questions, please contact Laura Lunn at laurabythepacific@gmail.com
